No.  What you see is what you pay.  Domain registration is not included in the price of hosting (unless we are running a special, in which case, you would need a coupon).  Over usage may require additional costs, ie: you go over your bandwidth limit for your account, however, we will make every effort to contact your prior to this happening, so that we can make arrangements to keep your site up and running.
